Why are some of my assets missing after my transfer was completed?

After you submit a transfer request, you may notice a negative cash balance in your Webull account or find that some of your assets are still in your old brokerage account.

This can happen because brokerages may send your assets in two partial transfers instead of one large transfer. The $75 transfer fee is usually attached to the first transfer, which may result in RM/S1 calls. Once the second part of the transfer, known as the residual sweep, is completed, your negative cash balance will be resolved, and the RM/S1 call should be satisfied.
