Resetting Your Password

How do I reset my login password?

App:

1. Phone Login or Email Login
2. Enter your phone number or email address.
3. Next ➝ Forgot password?
4. Enter the verification code sent to your phone number or email address.
5. Answer your security question.
6. Set your new login password.
7. Next to confirm your new password and login.

Lite Mode:

1. Tap the head and shoulders icon.
2. Within More Features, select Settings.
3. Tap Account & Security ➝ Change Login Password.

Desktop & Web:

1. Login (top right)
2. Forgot Password ➝ Phone/Email Verification ➝ Verify via Phone Number or Verify via Email
3. Enter your phone number or email.
4. Send Code
5. Enter the verification code sent to your phone number or email address.
6. Answer your security question.
7. Set your new login password.
8. Next to confirm the new password and login.

What if my phone number or email is not registered?

If you receive an error stating that your phone number or email is not registered when attempting to reset your password, it may be because only one of these credentials is linked to your account. You may try using your email instead of your phone number, or vice versa, to reset your password and log in.

How do I reset my trading password?

App:

1. Menu ➝ Settings ➝ Account Management ➝ Trading Password➝ Change Trading Password ➝ Forgot Trading Password?
2. Enter your login password.
3. Next
4. Enter the verification code sent to your registered phone number. If your phone number is not linked, you may select Phone number not working?
5. Answer your security question.
6. Enter and confirm your new trading password.

Desktop:

1. Once logged in, hover over the icons on the left and click Account (if hidden, click on More).
2. Unlock Trading ➝ Reset Password
3. Enter your login password.
4. Enter the verification code sent to your registered phone number. If your phone number is not linked, you may select Phone number not working?
5. Enter and confirm your new trading password.

Web:

1. Click the profile icon (top right).
2. My Account ➝ Verify ➝ Forgot Trading Password
3. Enter your login password.
4. Enter the verification code sent to your registered phone number. If your phone number is not linked, you may select Phone number not working?
5. Answer your security question.
6. Enter and confirm your new trading password.
