Updating Login Email and Phone

How do I change my login email or phone?

Follow the steps below to update the email address or phone number you use to log in. Please note that this is separate from your contact email and phone.

App:

1. Tap Menu.
2. Under Shortcuts, select Settings.
3. Tap Account & Security.
4. Select either Email or Mobile Number to change.

Lite Mode:

1. Tap the head and shoulders icon.
2. Within More Features, select Settings.
3. Tap Account & Security ➝ Email or Mobile Number.

Web:

1. Click the Profile icon in the top right corner.
2. Click My Account.
3. Select Settings.
4. Select Change on Link Email/Phone.

Desktop:

1. Select the Settings button in the bottom left.
2. Select Account & Security.
3. Click update on the email address or phone number.

How do I log in if I lost access to my phone number or email address?

App, Desktop, & Web:

1. Enter your login phone number or email address.
2. Enter your login password.
3. Select Phone number not working? or Email not Working? ➝ Continue.
4. Answer your security question and log in.

I'm logged in, why can't I see my account?

You may have inadvertently created a registered login separate from the one associated with your account. Follow the steps below to log out and then log back in with your account credentials:

App:

1. Navigate to Menu ➝ Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Logout.
3. Log back in using correct credentials.

Lite Mode:

1. Tap the head and shoulders icon.
2. Within More Features, select Settings.
3. Tap Logout.

Web:

1. Click your profile icon (top right).
2. Select Log out.
3. Click Log in using correct credentials.

Desktop:

1. Click the arrow next to Open Account (top right).
2. Log out ➝ Ok.
3. Click Log in (top right).
