Accessing Tax Documents

How can I access my tax documents with Webull if my brokerage account is open?

To access your tax documents online, please use the following instructions on the Webull mobile app, website, and desktop applications:

App:

1. Tap the Webull logo (bottom center).
2. Upon account selection, tap Documents.
3. Under Tax Document, simply tap on the tax year to download your PDF.

Desktop:

1. Navigate to Account.
2. Within the Account Details widget, click Tax Documents.
3. Select your tax form under Securities Tax Documents.

Web:

1. Navigate to My Account.
2. Select E-Documents ➝ Securities Tax Documents.

What should I do if my Webull account is closed and I need my tax documents?

If your account is closed and you no longer have an active login, please visit webull.com/edocs to access your tax documents. If your brokerage account is closed but you still have an active login, you can access your tax documents by following the steps outlined above.

Who issues my crypto tax form?

• Residents of New York, Guam, or the Northern Mariana Islands: Tax documents are issued by Bakkt.
• Residents outside of New York, Guam, or the Northern Mariana Islands: Tax documents are issued by Webull Pay and/or Bakkt. Depending on your account activity, you may receive two Forms 1099-DA for the 2025 tax year.
