How do I enroll in Webull Premium?

How much is the Premium fee?

The current price is $3.99 per month or $40 per year when paid annually.


How do I pay for the Premium subscription?

At the time of subscription, you will be prompted to select a Webull account for payment. Ensure the chosen account has a sufficient balance to complete the subscription successfully.


Why did my Premium payment fail and how can I resolve it?

Payment failures are typically caused by an insufficient balance in the selected Webull account. To resolve this:


  • Check which account is set for Premium payments by going to Menu → Webull Premium → Subscription Management.
  • Either deposit funds into the selected account or switch to another eligible account with sufficient funds.

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes, you can switch from a monthly plan to an annual plan. To switch plans, please see the instruction below on the mobile app:


App:

  1. Navigate to Menu and select Webull Premium.
  2. Tap Subscription Management.
  3. Select Subscription Plan.

How can I renew my Webull Premium subscription?

You can easily renew your Premium subscription by following the steps below:

App:

  1. Go to Menu and select Webull Premium.
  2. Tap Subscription Management.
  3. Select Renew.

Desktop:

  1. Navigate to Account and select the Premium button.
  2. In the Subscription Management section, click Renew.
  3. Confirm your renewal in the pop-up window.

Web:

  1. Navigate to Account and select the Premium button.
  2. In the Subscription Management section, click Renew.
  3. Confirm your renewal in the pop-up window.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your Webull Premium subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. Once the subscription expires, standard interest rates and regular contract fees will apply.

App:

  1. Navigate to Menu and select Webull Premium.
  2. Tap Subscription Management.

Desktop:

  1. Navigate to Account and select the Premium button.
  2. Click the Cancel button in the bottom left of the Subscription Management section.

Web:

  1. Navigate to Account and select the Premium button.
  2. Click the Cancel button in the bottom left of the Subscription Management section.

How do I change my payment method?

You can update your payment method directly from the Subscription Management section.

App:

  1. Navigate to Menu and select Webull Premium.
  2. Tap Subscription Management.
  3. Select Payment Account at the bottom of the page to choose a different account for payment.

Why am I not seeing market data after subscribing?

If you are not seeing Level 2 or OPRA data after subscribing, you may need to complete a required questionnaire. This can be done from the market data subscription section in your app.


Are subscriptions charged on a pro-rated basis?

Yes, if you enroll mid-month, your subscription will be charged on a pro-rated basis.


What happens if my settled cash balance is below the subscription fee?

If your settled cash balance is insufficient at the time of renewal, the subscription will be cancelled and will not auto-renew.


How is the Premium subscription fee treated for tax purposes in an IRA account?

The Premium fee in an IRA is not considered a distribution and does not create any taxable event. The fee is coded as an account fee, which is non-reportable and therefore will not appear on tax forms.


Can I pay for Webull Premium using funds from my futures account?

No, Premium subscriptions cannot be paid using funds from a futures account.
