What are level 1 and 2 quotes?

Level 1 Quotes

Provides the best bid & offer prices on NASDAQ.

Level 2 Quotes

Offers the best 50 levels of bids and asks on NASDAQ, NYSE, and regional-listed stocks, including prices and quantities of displayed quotes.

Level 2 Quotes may also display:

• Aggregated buy and sell orders

• Indicative cross orders

• Reference points for opening and closing auctions

• Imbalance side (buy or sell)

• Near and far indicative clearing prices

How do I subscribe to level 2 quotes?

Follow the instructions to subscribe to Level 2 Quotes:

Mobile App:

1. Select Menu.

2. Below Shortcuts, select Market Quotes.

3. Under Level 2 (Nasdaq TotalView), choose Subscribe.

4. Follow the prompts to complete payment.

Website:

1. Navigate to the Webull App site.

2. Log In

3. Click on your profile icon (top right).

4. Advanced Quotes ➝ Subscribe.

5. Follow the prompts to complete payment.

How are my payments processed?

Payments are handled via third-party services such as PayPal, Google Play Store, or Apple Pay.

How do I cancel my quote subscriptions?

To cancel your subscription, please visit the payment processor where you initially subscribed, such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, or PayPal. You cannot cancel the subscription directly through the Webull platform. Please see the following instructions to guide you:

Google Play:

1. Account

2. Subscribe

3. Click on the subscription and click Cancel.

Apple App Store:

1. Settings

2. Navigate to the App Store.

3. Select Apple ID ➝ View Apple ID ➝ Subscribe.

4. Click on the subscription in the Account Setting page and select Unsubscribe.

PayPal:

1. Login to PayPal.

2. Click the upper right icon and select Settings.

3. Payments ➝ Automatic Payments

4. Select the item you want to cancel.

5. Cancel
