How do I update my ID on file?

Mobile App:

1. Menu ➝ Settings ➝ Account Management ➝ Modify Profile.

2. Tap the edit icon next to Valid Identification.

3. Complete the required fields.

4. Tap Save.

Mobile App (Lite):

1. Tap the head and shoulders icon.

2. Within Account Features, select Account Management.

3. Tap Modify Profile.

Crypto Account

Mobile App:

1. Menu ➝ Settings ➝ Account Management.

2. Scroll down to find the Crypto Account section.

3. Select Crypto Account Profile.

Mobile App (Lite):

1. Tap the head and shoulders icon.

2. Within Account Features, select Account Management.

3. Scroll down to find the Crypto Account section.

4. Select Crypto Account Profile.

If you’re having trouble uploading an ID photo, verify that Webull has permission to access your camera or photo gallery in your phone settings.

What documents are needed for a name change?

Legal Name Change

To process a legal name change, we require the following documents:

• A clear photo of your valid government-issued ID

• A supporting document such as a marriage certificate or court order

• A completed and signed IRS Form W-9

Minor Name Correction

For minor corrections such as fixing a typo or misspelling, we only require:

• A clear photo of your valid government-issued ID

2. Provide your updated name in the following format: First Name, Middle Name (if applicable), Last Name.

3. Upload the required documents listed above based on your type of name change.

How do I update my affiliations?

Mobile App:

1. Navigate to Menu ➝ Settings ➝ Account Management ➝ Modify Profile ➝ Affiliations.

2. Select the area that needs to be updated: Politically Exposed Person, FINRA or Exchange Member, or Executive

3. Complete the required fields

4. Tap Save.

2. Within Account Features, select Account Management.

3. Tap Modify Profile.

3. Enter your new residential and mailing address.

4. Tap Save.
