Operations Clearing segment, through RF Securities Clearing LP, provides carrying broker services to its wholly owned subsidiary, Richardson Wealth Limited and other third parties, including trade execution, clearing, settlement, custody, and other middle-office and back-office services, and other expenses associated with providing services. Wealth Management segment consists of Richardson Wealth Limited, a wealth management firm, which is focused on providing wealth management and investment services delivered by investment professionals. The Corporate segment includes enterprise-wide items and corporate functions.
