(abbreviation: Baijiadai) changed the IPO review status to “terminated” on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The Shanghai Stock Exchange terminated its issuance and listing review in accordance with the relevant provisions of section 63 of the “Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Issuance and Listing Review Rules” due to the withdrawal of the issuance and listing application by Changzhou Baijiajiao Film Technology Co., Ltd. and its sponsor.

According to the prospectus, Baijia Era is a high-tech enterprise engaged in R&D, production and sales of functional films. Since its establishment in 2007, the company has been focusing on the functional film industry. After more than 15 years of deep cultivation in the functional film industry, the company has formed a good situation of “rich product variety, wide downstream applications, and outstanding core products”. Currently, the company's main products include photovoltaic film, BOPET film, PVC film, PC film, adhesives and coating materials, etc. The company's products are widely used in photovoltaic modules, consumer electronics and home decoration industries.

In terms of plastic particle modification, the company is proficient in formula modification techniques for various plastic particles such as EVA, POE, PET, PVC and PC; in terms of film processing technology, the company has plastic film processing process production lines such as casting, rolling, extrusion, bidirectional stretching, laminating, precision coating, printing and embossing; in terms of synthesis and molecular structure design, the company's adhesive and coating material products can be customized according to the specific needs of downstream customers.

Photovoltaic film products are the company's core products, and the company is a leading enterprise in the photovoltaic film industry. With the further development of China's photovoltaic industry, China's photovoltaic film manufacturers have now become the leading force in the global photovoltaic film market. The scale of the industry continues to expand, and the market share is gradually concentrated in leading companies. In 2019, 2020 and 2021, the market share of the company's photovoltaic film products was 4.78%, 6.25% and 8.89% respectively, showing an upward trend year by year.
