New Hope Service (03658) Announces 2023 Annual Results Profit attributable to shareholders of RMB215 million increased 5.9% year-on-year, and plans to pay a final dividend of $0.091 per share

According to the Zhitong Finance App, New Hope Service (03658) announced the results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group obtained revenue of 1,261 billion yuan (RMB, same below) during the period, an increase of 10.7%; profit attributable to the company's equity shareholders was 215 million yuan, an increase of 5.9% year on year; basic profit per share was 0.264 yuan; and a final dividend of 0.091 yuan per share was proposed.

According to the announcement, the Group's revenue mainly comes from four major business lines: property management services, lifestyle services, commercial operation services, and value-added services for non-owners. The increase in revenue is mainly due to the increase in revenue from property management services due to the increase in the Group's floor area and projects; and the increase in revenue from commercial operation services.
