Vera Therapeutics Announces $200M Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock

Vera Therapeutics, Inc. ("Vera"), a late clinical-stage biotechnology company developing and commercializing transformative treatments for patients with serious immunologic diseases, today announced its plans to commence a public offering, subject to market and other conditions, to issue and sell $200.0 million of shares of its Class A common stock. All of the shares are being offered by Vera.

In connection with the proposed offering, Vera expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of Class A common stock sold in the public offering. There can be no assurance as to whether or when the proposed offering may be completed or as to the actual size or terms of the proposed offering.
