Global Strategy Group (08007) terminates placement of shares

Zhitong Finance App News, Global Strategy Group (08007) issued an announcement. Due to market conditions, the company signed a termination agreement with the placement agent on January 29, 2024. The two parties agreed to terminate the placement agreement and supplementary agreement on December 19, 2023 and January 9, 2024, respectively, and took effect immediately. Accordingly, all rights and obligations of the Company and the Placing Agent under these agreements will cease to have any effect as of January 29, 2024.

The directors believe that the termination of these agreements and the proposed placement matters under them did not have a significant adverse effect on the company's financial position and operations. In view of the Group's future development and market conditions, the Company may consider further fund-raising activities. The company will inform the market in due course by means of announcements in accordance with the GEM listing rules.
