- The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on Monday:


** Investment company ICT Holding, owned by Russian businessman Alexander Nesis, has sold its 23.9% stake in gold and silver producer Polymetal International to a consortium led by the Omani government, Polymetal said in a statement.


** Japanese retail giant Aeon Co Ltd 8267.T has entered into exclusive talks with Oasis Management to acquire shares the Hong Kong-based activist investor holds in drugstore chain Tsuruha Holdings Inc 3391.T, it said.


** Portable storage solutions company Willscot Mobile Mini WSC.O is a more than $3 billion deal to acquire business-to-business rental company McGrath RentCorp MGRC.O, the Wall Street Journal reported on Sunday.


** Chinese medical device company Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics 300760.SZ said it planned a 6.65 billion yuan ($927 million) deal to gain control of APT Medical 688617.SS to expand in cardiovascular disease-related businesses.
