Managing Security Questions

If you’ve forgotten the answers to your security questions, you can use the Reset Now button to update them. There are two methods available for resetting your security questions:

1. Verify by U.S Bank Account

If you have linked your bank account to your Webull account using real-time verification, you can select Verify by US bank account for a quicker and more convenient option.

2. Manual Verification

If you haven’t linked your bank account or used micro-deposit verification, you can opt for manual verification. After you upload the required documents, we will review the information provided. You will receive an email with a reset link once your request is approved, which typically takes 1-2 business days.
