Dividend 15 Split Corp. is a Canada-based mutual fund company. The Company invests in an actively managed portfolio of common shares comprised primarily of approximately 15 core large capitalization dividend yielding Canadian companies. The Company employs an active covered call writing program to enhance the income earned from the portfolio. The Company’s objectives in managing its capital are to provide holders of Preferred shares with fixed cumulative preferential monthly cash dividends in an amount of $0.04583 per Preferred share to yield 5.5% per annum on the $10 repayment amount and to pay holders $10 per Preferred share on or about the termination date, and to provide holders of Class A shares with regular monthly cash distribution targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share and pay holders the original issue price ($15) of the Class A shares on or about the termination date.
