The Company’s objectives in managing its capital are to provide holders of Preferred shares with fixed cumulative preferential monthly cash dividends in an amount of $0.04583 per Preferred share to yield 5.5% per annum on the $10 repayment amount and to pay holders $10 per Preferred share on or about the termination date, and to provide holders of Class A shares with regular monthly cash distribution targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share and pay holders the original issue price ($15) of the Class A shares on or about the termination date.
