Australian Strategic Materials Ltd is an Australia-based vertically integrated producer of critical metals for advanced and clean technologies. The Company extracts, refines and manufactures high-purity metals, alloys and powders, supplying direct to global manufacturers in clean energy, electric vehicles, defense and aerospace, electronics and communications. The Company’s segments include Corporate, Dubbo Project, Korea. The Korea segment includes the Korean Metals Plant and research and development activities. The Korean Metals Plant is located in Ochang, Korea and focuses on neodymium and neodymium iron boron alloys. The Dubbo Project includes the evaluation and feasibility of the Dubbo project and the Toongi Pastoral Company. The Dubbo Project is located near the Australian town of Toongi, approximately 25 km south of Dubbo, in central-western New South Wales (NSW) and contains rare earths, zirconium, niobium, and hafnium materials.
