The Korean Metals Plant is located in Ochang, Korea and focuses on neodymium and neodymium iron boron alloys. The Dubbo Project includes the evaluation and feasibility of the Dubbo project and the Toongi Pastoral Company. The Dubbo Project is located near the Australian town of Toongi, approximately 25 km south of Dubbo, in central-western New South Wales (NSW) and contains rare earths, zirconium, niobium, and hafnium materials.
