U.S. Critical Metals Corp. is a Canada-based company engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring, and evaluating mineral resource properties. The Company is focused on mining projects that further secure the United States supply of critical metals and rare earth elements. Its projects include the Long Canyon Uranium and Vanadium Property in Idaho, the Sheep Creek located in Montana, the McDermitt Lithium Property in Nevada, the Clayton Ridge Lithium Property located in Nevada, and the Haynes Cobalt Property located in Idaho. The Long Canyon Uranium and Vanadium Project includes 25 contiguous and two non-contiguous unpatented mining claims, covering approximately 535 acres of land managed by the BLM and the U.S. Forest Service. The Sheep Creek REE project consists of 223 contiguous claims, over 4,500 acres. The Clayton Ridge Lithium Project hosts various advanced-stage lithium claystone deposits. The Haynes Cobalt project consists of contiguous 23 claims of over 475 acres.
