US Critical Metals Corp. is a Canada-based company, which is focused on mining projects in the United States. The Company's assets consist of four discovery focused projects in the United States. These projects include the McDermitt East Lithium Project located in Nevada, Clayton Ridge Lithium Property located in Nevada, Long Canyon Uranium Property located in Idaho, and Haynes Cobalt Property located in Idaho. The Long Canyon Uranium & Vanadium Project includes 25 contiguous and two non-contiguous unpatented mining claims, covering approximately 535 acres of land managed by the BLM and the U.S. Forest Service. McDermitt Lithium East Project spans 6,508 acres of Bureau of Land Management claims with a preliminary surface sample of 1,907ppm lithium. The Haynes Cobalt project consists of contiguous 23 claims of over 475 acres. Its Korn Kob Copper Project comprises 146 unpatented lode mining claims covering approximately 1,200 hectares in the Laramide copper belt of southern Arizona.
