On October 18, Ma Xinmin, Director of the Department of Regulations and Law of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Lin Dingguo, Secretary for Justice of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, held discussions on Hong Kong-related regulations and laws in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Relevant personnel from the Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Hong Kong attended. The two sides reviewed recent developments in Hong Kong-related regulations and laws, and had in-depth exchanges on advancing preparations for the International Mediation Court, Hong Kong's participation in the establishment of the country's foreign-related rule of law, deepening the SAR's foreign legal exchanges and cooperation, and strengthening the training of foreign-related rule of law personnel.
