The two sides will play the role of the China-Vietnam railway cooperation mechanism, speed up the development of the Laojie-Hanoi-Haiphong Standard Rail Railway and the planning and preparation of Tongdeng - Hanoi and Mangjie-Halong - Haiphong standard rail links, and quickly push forward the work of connecting China's Hekou to Vietnam's Lao Cai Standard Rail Line. Promote the signing of a cooperation agreement between the two governments on the construction of the above three standard gauge railways, and continue to maintain communication on related cooperation matters. Promote the pilot construction of smart ports for the China-Vietnam Friendship Customs and the Puzhai-Xinqing Special Cargo Corridor, and cooperate to improve customs clearance efficiency at the port.
