Common reasons a transfer may be rejected include:

• Transfer type mismatch: A partial transfer was submitted with all assets selected.

• Incorrect account number: The account number doesn't match the delivering firm's records.

• Ineligible assets: One or more securities aren't supported by Webull.

• Minimum value: The transfer is below the $500 ACATS minimum.

• Multiple transfer requests: Another transfer is already in progress.

• Insufficient funds: Not enough cash to cover the outgoing broker's transfer fees.

• Unsettled trades: A recent sale at the delivering account hasn't settled.

Why was my transfer rejected due to an account type mismatch?

The most common issue is an account type mismatch. For a transfer to be successful, the names on both the sending and receiving brokerage accounts must match. Additionally, if the account type at the delivering brokerage (e.g., cash or margin) does not align with the account type at Webull, the transfer may be rejected.

Why was my partial transfer rejected when I selected all assets?

If you submit a partial transfer and select all assets from your delivering broker, the transfer will be rejected. To avoid this issue, please resubmit the transfer as a full transfer.

What account number should I use for my transfer?

If an incorrect account number is provided, Webull cannot communicate with your delivering firm to complete the transfer. What assets are eligible to transfer to Webull?

If you attempt to transfer securities that are not supported or available for transfer on Webull, the transfer will be rejected. You can check eligibility here.

Is there a minimum value to transfer to Webull?

Assets transferred via ACATS into Webull should have a minimum value of $500. If your transfer is less than this amount, your transfer will be rejected.

Can I submit multiple transfer requests at the same time?

If you submit multiple transfer requests while one is still in progress, your transfer will be rejected. Only one transfer request can be active at a time.
