What is the default document delivery method?

By default, account statements and trade confirmations are sent at no cost via electronic delivery (e-delivery) to the email address linked to your account. If an e-delivery attempt fails, often due to a full inbox or messages being directed to a spam folder, paper statements will automatically be mailed to the mailing address on file.

How do I enroll back into e-delivery?

If you no longer wish to receive paper statements and confirmations, you can switch back to e-delivery at no additional cost. To make the switch, you can either update your email address or request the change directly:

• Update your email address: Follow the steps here to update your email address. Once your email is updated, your account will automatically be enrolled in e-delivery.
• Request the switch to e-delivery: If you prefer to continue using your current email address, contact us through the Help Center or email us at support@webull.com to change your delivery preferences. Please note that this change will take effect starting with the next statement cycle.

What fees will I be charged for paper statements?

There is a $2.00 fee for trade confirmations and a $5.00 fee for statements.

What email address will notifications be sent from?

Ensure your inbox is clear and add the following emails to your whitelist to avoid missing important communications:

• Confirmations: tradeconfirmations@doc.webull.com
• 1099/Tax Reporting: taxreporting@doc.webull.com
• Statements: statements@doc.webull.com
• Prospectus: webull@prospectusdocs.com
• Proxy: webull@proxydocs.com

If your account was converted from Apex to Omnibus during 2025, you may have also received tax documents from uscl_1099_mbox@investordelivery.com. Adding this address to your whitelist ensures you do not miss any tax-related communications for that reporting period.
