Why is it important to keep my contact information up to date?

Keeping your contact information up to date is essential for ensuring you receive important account notifications, security alerts, and correspondence from Webull. Accurate contact details help us reach you promptly in case of account issues or updates. Regularly reviewing and updating your contact information helps maintain effective communication and security for your account.

How do I update my contact phone number or email address?

You can update the email address or mobile phone number on file for your Webull account through the app, Lite Mode, or website. The update requires your login password and a verification code to confirm the change.

App:

1. Navigate to Menu ➝ Settings ➝ Account Management.
2. Within Account Management, tap Modify Profile.
3. Tap the edit icon to change your email or phone number.
4. Enter your login password.
5. Enter the verification code.
6. Enter your new email address or mobile number.

Lite Mode:

1. Tap the head and shoulders icon.
2. Within Account Features, select Account Management.
3. Tap Modify Profile.

Website:

1. Navigate to My Account (top right).
2. Account Profile ➝ Select Email/Phone Number ➝ Edit
3. Enter your login password.
4. Enter the verification code.
5. Enter your new email address or mobile number.

How do I update my address?

You can update both your residential and mailing address on file for your Webull account through the app, Lite Mode, or website. Address changes are made through the Modify Profile section of Account Management.

App:

3. Enter your new residential and mailing address.
4. Tap Save.
