Xcite Uranium Inc., formerly Xcite Resources Inc., is an early-stage exploration company. It is engaged in the investigation, acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. Its Uranium City project portfolio consists of the Don Lake, Beaver River, Smitty, Lorado, Gulch and Black Bay properties where it may earn up to 80% interest in the properties. It also owns Turgeon Lake Property, located in the Province of Quebec. The Turgeon Lake Property consists of 39 mineral claims covering 2,203.28 hectares. The Don Lake property, totaling 524 hectares, is located in northern Saskatchewan. The Beaver River property totaling 1,455 hectares is located in northern Saskatchewan. The Smitty property totaling 882 hectares, is located in northern Saskatchewan. The Larado property, totaling 245 hectares, is located in northern Saskatchewan. The Gulch property, totaling 1,685 hectares, is located in northern Saskatchewan. The Black Bay property totaling 1,114 hectares in northern Saskatchewan.
