Volta Finance Limited is a Guernsey-based closed-end investment company. The Company’s investment objectives are to seek to preserve capital across the credit cycle and to provide a stable stream of income to its shareholders through dividends that it expects to distribute on a quarterly basis. It seeks to achieve its investment objectives by pursuing exposure predominantly to collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and similar asset classes. It delivers equity return on a long-term basis, across multiple market cycles through multitudes of structures. The Company invests either directly or indirectly in a range of assets, including corporate credit; sovereign and quasi-sovereign debt; residential mortgage loans; commercial mortgage loans; automobile loans; student loans; credit card receivables; leases; and debt and equity interests in infrastructure projects.
