Triton International Limited is a lessor of intermodal freight containers. The Company’s operations include acquisition, leasing, re-leasing, and subsequent sale of multiple types of intermodal containers and chassis. Its segments include Equipment leasing and Equipment trading. The Equipment leasing includes acquisition, leasing, re-leasing and ultimate sale of multiple types of intermodal transportation equipment. The Equipment trading segment consists of purchasing containers from shipping line customers, and other sellers of containers, as well as reselling these containers to container retailers and users of containers for storage or one-way shipment. It offers Dry Container, Open Top, Flat Racks, and Refrigerator containers. The Company, through its subsidiaries, leases intermodal transportation equipment, primarily maritime containers, and provides maritime container management services through a network of service subsidiaries, third-party depots, and other facilities.
