Trisura Group Ltd. is a specialty insurance provider operating in the surety, warranty, corporate insurance, program and fronting business lines of the market. The Company has investments in wholly owned subsidiaries through which it conducts insurance operations. Those operations are primarily in Canada and the United States. The Company’s segments include Trisura Specialty and Trisura US Programs. The Trisura Specialty segment includes the surety and corporate insurance business underwritten in both Canada and the United States, as well as warranty and fronting products primarily underwritten in Canada. The Trisura US Programs segment provides specialty fronting insurance solutions underwritten in the United States. The main products offered by its surety business line are contract surety bonds, commercial surety bonds, developer surety bonds, and new home warranty insurance. Its warranty business consists primarily of warranty programs in the automotive and consumer goods space.
