Toho Acetylene Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of high-pressure gases, and the purchase and sale of appliances and equipment. The Company has four business segments. The Gas Related segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of dissolved acetylene, oxygen, nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, nitrous oxide for food additives, liquefied petroleum gas and other gases. The Appliances and Equipment segment is engaged in the sale of consumables related to the use of high-pressure gas such as welding materials, welding cutting equipment and household appliances. The Automotive Equipment Related segment is engaged in the purchase and sale of equipment such as production lines of auto parts manufacturers. The Other segment is engaged in the contract and construction of equipment for fishing cooperatives and food manufacturers, and construction works for buildings and other facilities.
