The Company's Supermarkets RSA segment includes all retail operations under the Shoprite, Checkers, Checkers Hyper and Usave brands in South Africa, retailing products such as food, clothing, general merchandise, cosmetics and liquor. Its Supermarkets Non-RSA segment includes all retail operations under the Shoprite, Checkers and Usave brands outside South Africa, retailing products such as food, clothing, general merchandise, cosmetics and liquor. The Company's Other operating segments include all other operations not included in the Supermarkets RSA and Supermarkets Non-RSA segments, trading in RSA and Non-RSA, including franchise operations and retail and wholesale of pharmaceutical products.
