Premier Development & Investment, Inc. is an exploration company focused on the acquisition and development of strategic North American lithium and Uranium projects properties. It is engaged in lithium exploration interests in NV. These include uranium interests in the same area, collectively referred to its Silverpeak area (totaling about 1,300 acres). These are operated through USA Lithium Holdings Corporation. It has interests in rare earth minerals exploration in New Mexico; Gallinas Mountains, All American, Sky High, Rare Metals American, Iron Lamp and M&E Pride. The Gallinas property consists of six unpatented lode mining claims. The Boneekay property presently consists of two unpatented lode mining claims. It has an option agreement with Placer Petroleum Co., LLC to acquire the option to purchase the working interests and royalties in eight wells located in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. Its subsidiaries include Premier Equity Investments, Inc., Premier Futures, Inc. and others.
