Nippon Carbon Co Ltd is a Japan-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture and sale of carbon and silicon carbide products. The Company operates through three segments. The Carbon Products segment produces artificial graphite electrodes, impermeable graphite products, isotropic high-purity graphite products, mechanical graphite products, general-purpose carbon fibers and graphite fibers, resin-containing graphite fiber packing, flexible graphite sealing materials, and lithium-ion battery anode materials. The Silicon Carbide Products segment produces silicon carbide continuous fibers. The Other segment manufactures industrial machinery, repairs machinery, and rents parking lots.
