The Management Business segment is engaged in non-asset businesses such as property management, brokerage and asset management. The Facility Sales Business segment is engaged in hotel and resort business, and sports and entertainment business. The Other segment is engaged in the design, construction supervision and construction contracting of new housing, renovation work for homes and renewal work for offices and commercial facilities, golf course business, retail of flowers, seeds and seedlings, gardening supplies, specified power transmission and distribution, and others.
