The used housing rehabilitation business includes purchasing, commercialization, and sales. Properties are purchased through purchase or auction. Commercialization business involves planning and carrying out plumbing replacement such as kitchens, toilets, sinks, and unit baths, wallpaper and floor replacement, layout changes, exterior wall painting, and exterior construction such as parking lot expansion. Sales are conducted through the Company itself and through intermediary sales.
