Vault Strategic Mining Corp., formerly Margaret Lake Diamonds Inc., is a Canada-based exploration stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral resource properties located in Canada and the United States. The Company is in the process of exploring its mineral resource properties. It holds 100% interest in the Margaret Lake property, which comprises 23 mineral claims totaling 23,199 hectares. The property is located just nine kilometers north of the Mountain Province Diamonds/De Beers Gahcho Kue mine, and two kilometers from the Kelvin and Faraday kimberlite deposits (Kennady North Project). It covers a portion of the southeastern Slave Geological Province. The area consists of predominantly granitic to granodioritic intrusions, high-grade gneisses and migmatites, along with primarily sedimentary supracrustal rocks to the east. The Company has also entered into an option with the third-party joint vendors of the Letain Nickel Project.
