Hisaka Works Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture, sale, and engineering of plate heat exchangers (PHE), brazed plate heat exchangers (BHE), retort cooking sterilization equipment, aseptic cooked rice production plants, sanitary valves, fully automatic continuous sterilization and cooling equipment, food and chemical machinery and equipment, medical sterilization equipment, and others. The Company operates through three business segments. The Heat Exchanger Business segment manufactures and sells plate heat exchangers that heat and cool fluids. The Process Engineering Business segment manufactures and sells sterilization equipment for retort foods, pharmaceutical sterilization equipment, and textile dyeing and finishing equipment. The Valve Business segment manufactures and sells ball valves used to control various fluids. The Company is also engaged in power generation and other businesses.
