GenFlat Holdings, Inc., formerly Healthcare Business Resources, Inc., is a start-up company that develops collapsible marine container. Its segments include Equipment leasing, and Equipment sales. Its Equipment Leasing segment include the acquisition, leasing, re-leasing and ultimate sale of multiple types of intermodal transportation equipment, primarily intermodal containers. Equipment sales segment contract-manufacture containers and sell these containers to container retailers and users of containers. The Company operates as a container sales and leasing company and supply its patented marine container primarily to shipping line customers under a variety of short and long-term lease structures. Its GenFlat Container is engineered to be a substitute for the standard marine container. The Company has partnered with China International Marine Containers (CIMC) in Dalian, China, to manufacture its GenFlat Containers.
