Desert Metals Limited is a mineral exploration and development company. The Company is focused on discovering and developing minerals projects. It has the right to earn a majority interest under joint venture arrangements in seven gold and lithium projects covering 2,769 square kilometers (km2) of granted mineral permits and permit applications in Cote d’Ivoire, West Africa. It owns approximately 51% of the lead Tengrela South project located 30km south of the operating Sissingue gold mine. It also has a variety of nickel, copper, and base metal-focused projects in the Narryer Terrane of the northwest Yilgarn Craton and, rare earth elements (REEs) and platinum group elements (PGEs) at its Innouendy Project in Western Australia. It has an application earning up to 85% interest in the Agboville Lithium Project covering approximately 1,000 km2 in total in southern Cote d’Ivoir. It also has an application earning up to 80% interest in the Adzope Gold Project in southern Cote d’Ivoire.
