The Company’s contemplated business plan is to engage in cluster consumption in the food industry, to include food products, channels of distribution, and operations and has been in search of a merger, acquisition, reverse merger or a business transaction opportunity with an operating business or other financial transaction, however, there can be no assurance that this plan will be successfully implemented.
