The Company, through its subsidiary, Cogeco Communications Inc., provides Internet, video and wireline phone services to residential and business subscribers in Canada and 13 states in the United States. It also offers wireless services in most of its United States operating territory. Its services are marketed under the Cogeco and oxio brands in Canada, and under the Breezeline brand in the United States. Its Cogeco Media subsidiary operates approximately 21 radio stations in Canada, primarily in the province of Quebec, as well as a news agency. Its stations include 98.5 in Montreal, 106.9 in Mauricie, 107.7 in Estrie, 104.7 in Outaouais, FM93 in Quebec City, KYK 95.7 in Saguenay and Rythme network stations (105.7 in Montreal, 102.9 in Quebec City, 100.1 in Mauricie and others).
