ExGen Resources Inc. is a Canada-based junior resource company. The Company is focused on building a diverse portfolio of joint venture and royalty interests across various exploration stages and commodity groups. It is engaged in the exploration of copper -gold mineral properties in Canada and the United States. Its properties include Boss Property, Empire Mine and Buena Vista Property, Gordon Lake Property, DOK Property, Telegraph property and Southmore property. The Empire Project is located in southeast-central Idaho, in the Alder Creek Mining District. The Gordon Lake gold property is located approximately 110 kilometers northeast of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. The DOK Property is located over 40 kilometers north of the Galore Creek and the Shaft Creek porphyry copper deposits. It also operates the Spark North lithium project in Elko County, Nevada, consisting of around 111 claims totaling over 2300 acres prospective for lithium.
