The Company owns 100% of its TREO rare earth element property, located over 90 kilometers northeast of Prince George, British Columbia, and 100% of its Foothills rare earth element property, located in central British Columbia, along with 100% of its Hecla-Kilmer in Ontario. TREO Property consists of over 35 mineral claims and has a size of approximately 15,930 hectares. Foothills Rare Earth Elements Prospect consists of nine claims across approximately 16,517 hectares. The property is located over 95 kilometers northeast of Kelowna in Central British Columbia. The Company also holds options on the EBB nickel-cobalt property in British Columbia, Canada. Its Thor Rare Earth Elements Project is located in the eastern Mojave Desert Region, approximately 119 kilometers south of Las Vegas. The Hecla-Kilmer property is located in the Moose River basin in northern Ontario, Canada.
