Gladiator Resources Limited is an Australia-based exploration and mining company with a focus on gold and uranium. The Company has approximately six exploration licenses covering approximately 1811 square kilometers (km2). The Company’s projects include South West Corner Project, Minjingu Project, Liwale Project, Mkuju Project, Foxy Project, and Eland Project. The South West Corner Project license granted contains grade Uranium at shallow depth. The Minjingu Project covers a total of 296.9 km2 and is located in northern Tanzania, 106 kilometers (km) southwest of Arusha the main administrative city in the area and 520km northwest of Dar es salaam. The Liwale project covers 195 km2 and is located outside of the Nyerere National Park. Mkuju Project tenements cover 678.7 km2 including well known anomalies of Grand Central, Likuyu South and Likuyu North. The Foxy Project covers approximately 299.7 km2. The Eland Project covers approximately 294.7 km2.
