It has a family of over 10 permanent ales and lagers, the Rock Creek series of craft ciders, and a range of seasonal and limited-edition beers. Its Signature Series beers include Dunkelweizen, Fowl Mouth ESB, Grasshopper Wheat Ale, Honey Brown Lager, IPA India Pale Ale, McNally's Extra, Rhine Stone Cowboy Kolsch Style Ale, SAAZ Republic Pilz, Scottish Style Heavy Ale, The Cascadian, Traditional Ale and Warthog English Style Mild Ale. Its Brewmaster's Edition beers include Abandoned Abbey and Purple Gas.
