BBX Sweet Holdings is engaged in the ownership and management of operating businesses in the confectionery industry, including IT’SUGAR, a specialty candy retailer in over 100 retail locations in the United States and one location in Canada whose products include bulk candy, candy in giant packaging, and licensed and novelty items, and Las Olas Confections and Snacks, a manufacturer and wholesaler of chocolate and other confectionery products. Renin is engaged in the design, manufacture, and distribution of sliding doors, door systems and hardware, and home decor products.
