Sonida Senior Living, Inc. is an owner, operator and investor in independent living, assisted living and memory care communities and services for senior adults. It provides resident-centric services and care and engaging programming, operating 83 senior housing communities in 20 states with an aggregate capacity of over 9,000 residents, including 70 communities which it owns (including eight communities in which it owns varying interests through two separate joint ventures) and 13 communities that it manages on behalf of a third-party. It offers residential housing and services to people aged 75 years and older, including independent living, assisted living and memory care services. It offers independent living services to seniors, including daily meals, transportation, social and recreational activities, laundry, housekeeping and 24-hour staffing. Its assisted living care and services include personal care services, 24-hour staffing, support services and other supplemental services.
