It operates through two segments: Distribution and Underwriting. Its Underwriting segment reflects the sale and execution of its underwriting and insurance services. These services are integrated with non-captive title and escrow agents in the market (Third-Party Agents) through its captive title insurance carrier. Its Corporate and Other segment reflects its operations related to the execution of its title, escrow and settlement services through its Doma Enterprise channel. Its Doma Enterprise channel targets partnerships with national lenders and mortgage originators that maintain centralized lending operations (Direct Agents). In addition, the Corporate and Other segment includes investing activity related to its investment portfolio held outside Underwriting.
