CACI International Inc (CACI) is a holding company, which operates through its subsidiaries primarily located in the United States (U.S.) and Europe. CACI is a provider of expertise and differentiated technology to customers in support of national security in the intelligence, defense, and federal civilian sectors, both domestically and internationally. CACI operates through two segments: Domestic Operations and International Operations. The Domestic Operations segment provides expertise and technology primarily to U.S. federal government agencies. The International Operations segment provides expertise and technology primarily to international government and commercial customers. It provides expertise and technology to its domestic customers in the various market areas, such as Digital Solutions; C4ISR, Cyber; Space; Engineering Services; Enterprise IT, and Mission Support. Its international operations provide a diverse mix of IT services and proprietary data and software products.
