BRT Apartments Corp. is a real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company owns, operates, and to a lesser extent, holds interests in joint ventures that own and operate multi-family properties. The Company owns approximately 29 multi-family properties located in 11 states which are located in the Southeast United States and Texas. The Company's multi-family properties are garden apartments, mid-rise, or townhome-style properties that provide residents with amenities, such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, laundry facilities, and cable television access. The Company’s properties include Verandas at Alamo, Vanguard Heights, Jackson Square, Brixworth at Bridge Street, Woodland Apartments, Grove at River Place, Civic Center I, Civic Center II, Abbotts Run, Somerset at Trussville, and Magnolia Pointe at Madison.
